Do you charge per visit or a percentage of collections?
No. Subscriptions are monthly per rendering provider, or prepaid annually. Percentage-of-collections pricing is an RCM service model, not ours.
We already work with a billing company. Can we still use Encounter?
Yes. The superbill creates the visit your billing team needs. Revenue cycle stays attached to that visit so the two sides of the practice can work hand in hand.
Is there a free plan?
We do not offer a free production tenant. Demonstrations and design-partner environments use synthetic patient data only.
Is Encounter a certified EHR?
We do not claim ONC certification or FDA clearance. A business associate agreement is part of a production contract.
